Do I need insurance? You may carry your own
insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are
already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that
specializes in self-storage insurance. Insurance is the tenant’s
responsibility.
Do you give me a key? You provide your own lock and
key so that you are the only one with access to your unit.
What is the minimum time that I can store for? One month.
All leases are on a month to month term.
What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid driver’s license or federal ID with picture is required
to lease a unit.
What are your hours of operation? Tenants
have access to their unit(s) at anytime. If you are interested in
seeing a unit for the first time during non-office hours, please call for an appointment and we
will be happy to show you around.
